Fair Banking seeks to identify and promote financial practices which increase well-being of the consumer. An important initial step has been achieved in understanding how financial well-being looks and feels.
As we publicise the concept of Financial Well-being we hope to “nudge” the banks in the direction of greater responsibility towards
their customers.
Further research will extend the scope, to include the majority of the population and test innovative tools that support consumers in achieving improvements in their Financial Well-being.
